Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You will always see the exact shipping fee before payment.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 150 € (or equivalent in your currency) to France and the European Union only).

Order Processing Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Paris time) on business days are usually processed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Carriers We mainly use Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay (France & EU), DHL Express, and UPS for international shipments.

Tracking As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties (outside EU) Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
